In time of show all participants will get connected through video call directly from the venue of that specific country in Europe so that you can have direct interaction with the guest and visitors present there. You can travel to that country to attend our show or invite your near and dear ones present there. Thank you

Participation process is very simple. It has two parts. Selection and registration. For selection, you need to send us few of your work images along with any of your social media links. If selected, selection mail will be sent to you along with all information, registration form and payment details. As you make payment and payment receiving confirmation will be sent to you. You need to download registration form from selection mail, take print out, read, sign and send scan copy or image to us to receive confirmation mail to complete the process.

If someone is willing to buy your work we will make a deal for you and we over price 10 to 15% on artist price. In case of sale 100% artist price will be transferred to your account. As you receive artist price, you need to send us scan copy of authentication certificate through an email and hard copy need to be sent to us to close the deal. Thank you

As it is an Overseas show in foreign land engagement of foreign currency is there. As we are organizing series of onsite shows in Europe, for fine artists from Indian soil, there is a justified participation fee which is directly depends on rates of foreign currencies. Approximate value of One Euro is equivalent to Rs 93 as on today. our participation fee is extremely nominal in respect of value of the foreign currencies. The participation fee includes export, impot, safe custody charges, to and fro customs duties, exhibition costs etc. As the rate of foreign currency fluctuates frequently, it is better to lock your price by signing up registration form and secure your space for our fine art exhibition. Well, logistic is complicated process and associated with rate of foreign currencies and customs clearance of different countries are involved. as we have our own dedicated Export Import license we never depend on any third party to do this activities. We value and care for your mental peace. City Art Factory has is own Quality control manager to take care of our logistics activities. As an participant artist you need to send your art works in roll without frame from your place to our registered office in Kolkata. It will take 2 to 3 days maximum to receive consignment. As we receive, an intimation will be sent to you and your job is done. After receiving your artworks it will be exported directly from India to specific Schengen country to our office representative there and keep it in our safe custody. Before exhibiting the work, it will be stretched, mounted properly and golden border will be placed on it. In time of show you will be connected with other participant artists directly from venue in that specific country through video call for transparency, so that you can enjoy the show along with your family members and interact with the visitors and guest present there. As the show gets over we keep the artworks for few days for post event enquiry and then all the art woks will get imported India and send to your doorstep. Thank you.
